What are the benefits of oil analysis? By regularly checking the condition of the oil, you can stay one step ahead of potential problems. This is because it provides a good indication of how the system is performing. This helps reduce wear and tear and the risk of unplanned downtime. In short, preventive maintenance prevents problems.
How do we perform oil analyses?
- A Service Engineer comes to your location
- Takes an oil sample
- Performs a visual inspection of the system
- Checks essential components
- Sends the oil sample to an independent laboratory
- Analyzes the lab results
- Prepares a comprehensive recommendation and action plan
If the oil analysis shows that the viscosity, cleanliness, or chemical composition is not correct, we’ll be happy to fix that for you. For example, with new oil filters, breather filters, or tank cleaning. During the on-site check, our Service Engineer also thoroughly inspected all hoses and loose components. Is anything in need of replacement? Then we’ll take care of that, of course.
