Motrac Hydrauliek B.V. General Terms and Conditions contain a limitation of liability and are applicable to all quotations, contracts and other legal relationships with Motrac Hydrauliek B.V.. These general terms and conditions can be accessed, printed and downloaded here. Motrac Hydrauliek B.V. rejects explicitly the applicability of any General Terms and Conditions which its contractual parties may use; jurisdiction: District Court The Hague, The Netherlands. Motrac Hydrauliek B.V. has its registered office in Zutphen and is listed in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem under file number 08060840.

We point out, when doing business with our location in Germany, Motrac Hydraulik GmbH, the General conditions and restrictions of Motrac Hydraulik GmbH (see under) apply. Motrac Hydraulik GmbH hereby rejects explicitly the applicability of any General Terms and Conditions which its contractual parties may use.

All our transactions within The Netherlands are governed by our General Terms and Conditions (FEDA, filed with the District Court of The Hague, December 6, 2011 No. 90/2011). For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the conditions of ORGALIM apply. You can download a copy below:
