Hydraulic drive submersible pump
A hydraulic drive for a 6-inch submersible pump specifically designed for pumping raw sewage with dirt particles up to 100 mm. Traditional mobile dirty water pumps where the pump is directly coupled to the diesel engine are limited in the maximum suction depth because the pump set is set up at ground level. This is not the case with a hydraulically driven submersible pump, because you can lower the pump with hydraulic motor to below the liquid level. Since this system pumps the water up instead of sucking it in, this submersible pump can be used in construction projects and work where sewer systems are deep in the ground.

The hydraulic system consists of a Linde HPR adjustable open circuit plunger pump driven by the diesel engine. The electrically controlled oil flow then directly drives the water pump through a Linde HMF fixed plunger motor. The robust enclosure further houses the hydraulic tank with required oil conditioning/monitoring and electrically driven oil cooler. The water pump with Linde motor are mounted in a robust lifting frame and connected to long hydraulic hoses with quick connectors.
