Hydraulic drive system Vlietland Bridge
This project consists of the safety design, production and delivery of the complete hydraulic system for the Vlietlandbrug drive system. The new system replaces the previous system and now meets all current safety requirements that such road bridges must meet.

This installation takes care of the entire drive of the movable part of the Vlietlandbrug. We carried out this project for the province of South Holland and main contractor Mourik Infra.
The project consists of an electrically driven hydraulic power unit, a double-acting cylinder and project-specific designed manifolds with all necessary functionality. The position of the cylinder is monitored and controlled by a SIL3 length path measurement system. The pump sets consist of electric motors with closed loop pumps.
