Hydraulic system hovermill
This hydraulic system is designed and built to drive a double-acting hydraulic cylinder in a hovermill. This cylinder handles the lifting and tilting of the rotating superstructure on which the seats are mounted.

The pump set in the HPU features a 22 kW electric motor and a Linde HPR 75cc open circuit plunger pump. The cylinder function is controlled by a Bucher SC18 electric proportional control slide in combination with a Völkel control card.
The load and movement of the cylinder is controlled by a Bucher Cindy load retention valve, which protects the system against hose breakage. In addition, this enables stable and controlled downward movement.
